NOTICE:
Pursuant to Rule 19 of the Rules and Regulations for the Declaration and Creation of the Register of Well-Known Marks (“Well-Known Marks Rules”), trademark owners whose marks have been previously declared as well-known but are yet to be recorded in the Register, are required to file their Manifestation to such effect and attach evidence of the declaration, including the certified true copies of the Decision and the Entry of Judgment, with payment of the prescribed fees. Proof of continuous commercial use must likewise be submitted within five (5) years from the date of effectivity of these Rules on 28 April 2025.
Failure to submit the requisite Manifestation with the required enclosures, and the proofs of continuous use shall result in non-recordation of the previously declared well- known marks in the Register of Well-Known Marks, or the removal thereof, as the case may be, in accordance with Rule 19 of the Well-Known Marks Rules.
