Notice is given that service by publication in the IPOPHL website is hereby adopted in the following Notices and Interlocutory Orders issued by the Bureau of Legal Affairs pursuant to Section 1 of IPOPHL Memorandum Circular No. 2019-024 (Amendments to the Rules and Regulations on Inter Partes Proceedings).

Per records of the Bureau, the following Notices and Interlocutory Orders were served to the party, counsel of record or representative of record by personal service, service by registered mail or private courier, while the concerned party either refuses to receive a copy of the Notice or Interlocutory Order, or has moved out of the address without informing the Office of the new address, or the address provided is incomplete.

Accordingly, the concerned party shall have the period prescribed in the Notice to Answer or Interlocutory Order to comply with the notice or order, reckoned from the date of posting in the website.
