The invention pertains to a non-gartered/ or non-stringed sealing process/system of folders and envelopes. The unique process/system involves having a cross-wised/horizontal elongated hole in the sealing top-ply for a three- plied folder (parch folder), or a vertical elongated hole in the sealing ply for a closed envelope (ideally, at the center of the sealing ply/ies), and in the opposite main ply of said folder/envelope, a sealing button with a sliding pole or canal parallel with the elongated hole, wherein said button with a sliding pole or canal parallel with the elongated hole, wherein said button can be twisted either clockwise or counter-clockwise or slided going to the tip of the sliding pole when the folder or envelope is closed, for the purpose of sealing the folder or envelope.
