There are three payment options available:

  • Over-the-counter payment via Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI). Upon completion of the online application form, a statement of account with a BPI reference number will be generated. Bring the statement of account to any BPI branch and pay the amount stated in the document within three (3) days from the online filing. There is no need for the payor to have an account with BPI to be able to use this option.
  • Online payment via BPI Expressonline. Upon completing the application form, you will be redirected to the Expressonline webpage. You need to have an account with BPI and you will need to log in to your expressonline account, click on “Payments & Reloading > Bills Payment > Enroll All Other Bills”. You will then need to select “Intellectual Property Office” from the list of merchants and input the Reference Number generated during the online filing. The Reference Number will be valid for a period of seven (7) days.
  • Online payment via Banco de Oro (BDO). Upon completing the online application form, you will be directed to the BDO’s payment gateway facility and given instructions on how to pay the fees. This option is available only to corporate depositors of BDO who have enrolled in the bank’s online payment system.
